Stay away ! We wanted to buy a new gmc sierra slt 4x4 the online price is 57 minus the factory rebate so we agreed to buy it at that price filled everything and received a call from sales and all sounded the online price is 57 minus the factory rebate so we agreed to buy it at that price filled everything and received a call from sales and all sounded good i gave him all my info. and he called back said all is good with my credit as i new it would be so next the finance guy calls with all the contract information so we can finalize the deal and the price went up 9k to 66k from 5 minutes earlier and we had already agreed to the stated price posted online ,he says they are charging more because of the truck shortage but yet it says nothing about that on the website .he agreed to come down to 60 but no way would i buy from them now .TYPICAL CAR LOT LIARS !! More

When the staff learned of it they immediately reached out to me to not only correct it to what it should have been, but in fact to increase the term of the warranty by another year. I signed the contract, they could have left it at that. That’s not their style. They made it right. Trust these guys. More
Michael was amazing. He was not pushy and made the process simple from his end. He listened to me when I was honest with him about not purchasing the day we test drive and he wasn’t pushy with me. When I was leaving though, a colleague of his almost made me not want to come back because he walked up out of nowhere being a typical pushy salesperson, which is a huge turnoff for us. But Michael turned things around by providing requested information timely, listening to me, and following up when he said he would. If I came back to this dealership, it would be because of him. It I didn’t come back to this dealership, it would be because of the other people I interacted with. More

Stuck for 4 days 900 miles from home ! On a 2000 mile road trip / move to Oregon my Buick cascada convertible with only 30 thousand miles and still under warranty started screeching and the On a 2000 mile road trip / move to Oregon my Buick cascada convertible with only 30 thousand miles and still under warranty started screeching and the light came on. My daughter and I immediately checked into the closest hotel to the nearest Buick dealership which happens to be in Elk Grove . First thing Thursday morning I drove it in. I explained that I had to get to Oregon by Saturday because my movers would be arriving with my furniture Monday morning and I had an appointment to secure our new apartment on Saturday .The service counter guy was friendly and helpful and assured me they would look at it right away and let me know what the problem was. I was offered a shuttle ride back to hotel by a super nice gentleman as well . I was called and told it was a water pump part that would need to be ordered . It would be there between 7 am- 10am and that I should be on the road by 3 or 4 that Friday . 3:30 and no call. I called and they said they received the part but did t have the tool to put it in. Really? The Buick service center doesn’t have the tools to repair their cars? I was then told it wouldn’t be ready until Monday because they only had one mechanic that was capable of finishing the job and he was leaving at 6pm and was not coming to work again until Monday. Now I’m panicked. So even though the website says the service center is open Saturday and also says they have several master mechanics , they don’t have one other capable mechanic to finish my car? And that guy couldn’t finish the job because he had to spend hours getting a tool. My daughter and I have had to spend avg of 200 dollars a day staying at a hotel with no car ( we weren’t offered a loaner) I lost my apartment because I was t there to secure it., even after I called and rescheduled it for Sunday . I had to order a storage unit and my nephew has to take time off from work to meet my movers on Monday to put my things in a storage unit . Now I have to find another apartment, and pay for more movers and a month of storage fees . All because this service center only has one capable mechanic who doesn’t even have the proper tools on site and wouldn’t stay a few hours late or come in on a Saturday I told the guy I wanted to tow the car to somewhere and someone who could fix it and he said that was not an option. I’ll just have to wait until Monday. It’s Sunday now and it supposedly going to be ready tomorrow. I’m trying to be hopeful but I’m just distraught and disappointed and out of soooo much money and time. This dealership shows several mechanics on the website and more than one master mechanic. It’s a water pump part. It’s not an engine rebuild. I want to know why they did t have the tools and why there is only one capable mechanic. And also why do they advertise the service center is open on Saturdays if they don’t have mechanics to work on those days. Had I not trusted they could repair it I would have towed it to someone who could. It would have been cheaper for me to rent a truck and tow it the 9 hours away to bring it to a dealership in Portland than all the money I’m having to spend now. More

They also tried to keep money that was owed to us. Four months later and we still do not have our license plates. When we complained they pretty much said said the deal is done and we don’t have to help you! They have NO integrity! Jessie More
Wasted my time, and lowered my credit score! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP - I have bought many, many cars in my lifetime and I have never ever been as wrongly treated as I was by Elk G DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP - I have bought many, many cars in my lifetime and I have never ever been as wrongly treated as I was by Elk Grove Buick GMC. It all started nice enough when I called the dealership and spoke to Liza. I told her during that first call I would take the preowned BMW 430i for the asking price. I even offered a credit card to hold it and to show my sincerity. Instead she had me fill out a credit application over the phone with her. They then pulled my credit and told me I was approved for my loan. When I asked for my payment they added an extended warranty at a cost of almost $5000. So I asked them to take out the warranty and get me the updated payment amount. When she called me back she told me the payment and again it seemed too high. When I asked about it, she told me that they added GAP insurance for my protection. Although GAP coverage can be useful at times at the right price, there was no reason for GAP in this deal because the value of the car exceeded the value of the loan, so GAP insurance would be useless. Next thing I knew, she called me back and told me another sales person was selling the car to someone else. She apologized and when I asked if it was because I didn’t want the GAP insurance and the overpriced extended warranty, she let me know the other customer was buying those items. So, I lost out on the car because they were making more money with someone else. This took all day- I first called at 10am, and it was 5pm when they told they weren’t doing my deal. Plus, they lowered my credit score by checking it. I asked to have a manager call me, and it’s been over 24 hours and I haven’t gotten a call. Again, avoid this dealership! More
Terrible experience from Service and Finance teams. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I traded in my car during my new vehicle purchase to find out 1.5 month later that my loan was paid o I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I traded in my car during my new vehicle purchase to find out 1.5 month later that my loan was paid off by this dealership, hence screwing up my credit score and credit reputation. Secondly, when taking my vehicle to get serviced, Selena did not greet me after saying "Hello" twice!! She just took my keys and said "What are you getting serviced today?" No customer service skills at all. Along with my visit they didn't even have the part ORDERED! So I waited in the lobby for an hour, to later being approached and being asked who I spoke with when scheduling my service. Terrible, terrible, terrible! More
