First person to greet us was your wonderful Clint Copeland with his beautiful smile. I saw the 2021 GMC first thing and said, this is the one ! Test drove it & sold me. My husband was unable to come cause working so Clint drove it to our home that evening & my husband wrote a check to him. After the first week, the parts inside passenger door broke so could not open from outside. Brought it in & at first said no shuttle service cause of Covid but finally got a ride. They had to order parts so would be without a car for several days. Oddly after spending almost $50k on a SUV, they didn’t offer me a loaner. My husband talked to Clint that evening & he was able to get us a loaner. SUV is fixed now & happy with it & esp the gas mileage. We bought our previous Buick Enclave from you & reason why I came back to your dealership. Everyone is very nice & helpful. More
Sent an email regarding a vehicle advertised online. Received an email back from a representative, Jorge, regarding vehicle availability and contact information to schedule time to view the car. When I informed him that I was not quite ready to drive 2 hours to personally view the vehicle pending confirmation of external condition (Carfax showed 2 accidents) and requested to schedule a virtual appointment he indicated it would not be a problem and to send him text with preferred times. Sent text and reminders over the next 3 days without any response. When the date I had requested to have the virtual appointment finally came around I just called the dealership to ask for him and confirm availability of the vehicle. Car had been sold. I received no zero notice from him. However I keep getting emails from him/dealership telling me they've got the perfect car for me and to stop by to visit. Needless to say I won't be driving up to Elk Grove to purchase anything from them. More
I was referred to this dealership by GM for a vehicle exchange. Samuel and Brandon. We're how I worked with. Then Samuel lied to me saying GM wasn't going to do the exchanged "across the board" as he put it and tried to get me to just do an exchanged with them. GM said this was not true. They lied and manipulated the situation to make a sale. More
GMC is the worst place to buy your car, I bought a GMC 2017 brand new and during this 4 years I have been at the dealership with car problems. They just apologized but don’t understand that if they keep t 2017 brand new and during this 4 years I have been at the dealership with car problems. They just apologized but don’t understand that if they keep the car for days people needs a loaner to go to work. The whole idea of buying a new car is to not have any problems and if it comes with problems solve it with a rental. Just like they have to work I have to work as well!! Very dissatisfied!! More
DON'T TRUST WEBSITE PRICING. The salesman, Victor, was friendly and pleasant to communicate with. That said, I just want to warn others not trust the pricing on their website. They advertise deals, and even lead you to believe you can buy them online (called Shop Click Drive) and give detailed out-the-door pricing, but it can't be trusted. They tried to turn around and add $11k onto MSRP (not shown on website) "because of the market right now". At least other dealers show when they do a markup up front -- this dealership leads you to believe you won't have it to get you in the door, and then try to push it on you. Shady place. I see other reviews stating the same thing. Don't waste your time and don't trust the website. More
