They sold me wrong car Salesmen indicated I was comparing 2017 and 2018 Denali's, he stated vehicles were exactly the same except the 2017 had clothe seats, no onboard navig Salesmen indicated I was comparing 2017 and 2018 Denali's, he stated vehicles were exactly the same except the 2017 had clothe seats, no onboard navigation and was $10,000 cheaper than the 2018 that had leather seats and onboard navigation all of the automation and safety features and had specifically stated were the same, he gave me documents to compare which I did and we went back and forth between the two parked side by side has he pointed out all of the same features, bumper, tires, wheels, interior except one leather one clothe, lifted rear gate demonstrating seats fold down the same, both had bench second row seating, big difference being that I would save $10000 with the 2017 so I decided on the 2017. After being home for 3-days, I went out to my new Denali and tried to set up all of the features and found out I didn't have any of the features that I had specifically stated I wanted and that were priority in my vehicle purchase. I went back to dealership and the best they could do for me was to get me in to the one I wanted at a cost of $83,000+. I picked up my things and comly left but I am anything but calm about the deceit or lack of knowledge of the sales persons involved and the lack of good business practice and integrity to rectify the error made. Customer service was great I was the only one there all day. More
