Service took very long. Took almost 2 hours for an oil change, tire rotation, and rear differential fluid. There was only two advisors working and the line of cars was to the street. A bunch of us were standing outside and didn’t know where to go since majority of the doors were locked. There was little to no communication from our service advisor. She did not respond to our texts regarding being picked up or answered the phone. It took 30 minutes for the shuttle driver to pick us up. I didn’t even get a text that the car was readily until 25 minutes after we picked the car up. First time I got service it was great, this time it was not. More
