I was there for a recall; I originally was scheduled for January 28, 2025 but received a call indicating that an appointment was available in the next couple of days. Service was free. I was there 5 minutes January 28, 2025 but received a call indicating that an appointment was available in the next couple of days. Service was free. I was there 5 minutes prior to the service department opening. I received a text with the service advisor's telephone number. 6 hours later and earlier than I expected, I received a call from the service advisor indicating my vehicle was done. I then received a text asking when I would be there and I responded in 20 minutes or so. When I arrived, the service advisor was checking another customer in but continued to talk after. I was waiting and was ready to interrupt when their conversation was complete and I signed the paperwork. The service advisor called back to have my vehicle brought up but no one answered. He went back and came back 11 minutes later with my car, stating there was a car blocking my car so he had to move it to get to my car. I have been a customer of this dealership through its many ownership changes since 1991; I was happy with the quality of the vehicle and the fact that the service advisors were stable. I don't have the trust that I used to have. More
