We just purchased an MDX from Elk Grove Acura, and had another terrific experience with this dealership. Over time, our family has owned owned 11 Acuras, the last four of which we purchased from Elk Grove another terrific experience with this dealership. Over time, our family has owned owned 11 Acuras, the last four of which we purchased from Elk Grove, and we couldn't be more pleased. While Elk Grove is 90 minutes from where we live in the Bay Area and there are many other Acura dealers nearby, we continue to return to Elk Grove because they are flexible, friendly, and easy to work with - their customer service is outstanding. I had been interested in getting a new Acura TL for about six months, but didn,t like the grill on the 2011 model. Doug had told me the 2012 would have some changes and kept me informed as to when it would b six months, but didn,t like the grill on the 2011 model. Doug had told me the 2012 would have some changes and kept me informed as to when it would be available. As soon as the color got to the dealership he called to let me know and gave me a fair price on it. I added some accessories and the service dept was very friendly as well. Over all a very good experiance with no supries. More
