Above and beyond with customer service!!! Both Anthony and Laura helped me purchase my vehicle. I was approximately $7,000 upside down with my old car and Anthony helped me in providing me all of my diff and Laura helped me purchase my vehicle. I didn’t purchase the last option he provided the same day but he continued to follow up with me the day after, providing me yet another option. I did my research and after talking to a couple other dealerships I knew Anthony had the best option for me so I decided to call him to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still available. He was out of town but he referred me to his partner, Laura, who was able to seal the deal and provide the same excellent customer service. I ended up arriving an hour before Acura was closing but she was still able to assist me with all of my needs and even stayed past closing hours until I drove off the lot. I, personally, didn't like the way the passenger side felt. He suggested we take a MDX for a test drive. After discussing a new MDX, we thought maybe a used one might work.
