My car search took me to Elk Grove Acura where I met Leon. He was friendly, courteous, attentive and cognizant of the special needs of my husband who is disabled. Throughout the buying process I appreciated the fact that he did not hover, but allowed us time to visit and speak privately. He checked in to ensure we were comfortable and provided bottles of water. Certainly most dealers would have done the same, but I felt as if Leon was doing all he could to make sure our experience was positive. Although I was pre-approved through my financial institution Michael found me a loan with an interest rate 2 points lower! I am ever grateful. Thanks Leon, Kevin and Michael.
