Terrible Customer Service, WAY over priced!! I purchased my vehicle through another delaer, however that dealer moved farther out of my location and about a year ago I took my car to Lasher Acura I purchased my vehicle through another delaer, however that dealer moved farther out of my location and about a year ago I took my car to Lasher Acura in Elk Grove. They performed some normal mainenace work and did a repair that cost me over $1000. From the time I entered their dealership They're service advisor Robert Martel treated my husband and I like they were doing us a favor by fixing our vehicle at their dealership. Regardless, we had the work completed. Now well over a year later the same probelm exists in my vehicle and I am told the warranty has expired and they want to charge me $195 for a diagnositc to figure out what is wrong. This price is over $95 more than what Niello Acura charges. I also explained the need for the maintenace service and they are $22 over what Niello Acura charges for the service. I asked Robert if they would be willing to come down on the price and he told me I would have to leave a voice mail message with his manager and the manager would have to get back to me on Monday, because he was gone for the rest of the week, on Thursday. I feel that based on my prior loyalty to their Dealership that they would have no problem meeting the same price as Niello, however that wasn't the case, instead all I got was an indignant attitude from Mr. Martell when I explined my situation and the fact that they were way over what the other dealership was charging. what happened to Customer service and doing the right thing. Well it doesn't happen here at Lasher Acura. Be aware and check round for prices before getting your car repaired here!! More

Extremely disappointed I've been working with Dan for a couple of weeks. He is knowledgeable and seems to be honest. I was very firm when I told him my bottom line for a mon I've been working with Dan for a couple of weeks. He is knowledgeable and seems to be honest. I was very firm when I told him my bottom line for a monthly payment was $389. I have a 2013 Honda Accord V6 lease that is due in Feb. I advised him that I would need to turn in the lease at the time of the sale. I was in the dealership for the 2nd time on Friday. We worked the numbers and he told me we would be upside on the lease about a $1,000. The car I was looking at was out of my monthly price range. He worked numbers on another car and the monthly payment fit my price range. He said the car should be at the dealership by Sunday or Monday. I received a call this evening from Dan that the car would not be in until tomorrow. I gave him my information to run my credit and he asked me if I was going to include my Honda as a trade at the time of the new lease. I reminded him that I needed to include the current lease I have, He then told me that he didn't think the numbers he gave me included my current lease. I told him I was pretty sure it did, because I was adamant about needing to turn in my current lease in order to get my new lease. He said he would look into it and call me back., He called me back and said his numbers did not include my current lease. It brought my down payment up to $20-$25 more ( keep in mind we were already $10 above what was already my bottom line) I told him how disappointed I was and he said in a non caring way "sorry". The issue here is that we are coming to the end of the year. I wanted to take advantage of the end of the year 2015 specials. I lost a day of car shopping because I was waiting for a car I CAN NOT AFFORD. I know he was probably busy due to end of the year. I think Acura should take better care of potential new customers. Great Buying Experience Leon made this whole experience so smooth. The whole process took a little over 24 hours. The day before I picked up my new vehicle, all I had to do was provide my information over the phone. After work, I went to meet with Leon at the dealership, to test drive a couple of vehicles that he picked for me and my budget. Being that all the financing companies were closed by this time, Leon asked me to return the next day so he can find me better financing options during regular business hours. I went to work the next day and Leon kept me informed of his progress throughout the day. After work, I went back to the dealership, signed my paperwork, traded in my vehicle that was in and "upside down" loan situation and left that evening with new car, 2012 Acura TSX. In addition to Leon's great attentive service and empathy of my situation, the team he worked with, to help me get this car were so much help as well. All of them were so informative and friendly. Laura discussed the features and benefits of a certified vehicle because it was my first certified pre-owned purchase. She had a working knowledge about each of the vehicles we test drove so I was really able to compare and evaluate and that was extremely helpful. Afterwards, Robert Eason from finance handled the financial end expeditiously. He provided even more valuable information (warranty, etc). Yes, he is the most friendly, patient, courteous salesman I've ever met in my life. No sales pressure, answers any questions or concerns I've got & always with the biggest smile. He went out of his way to help me, gave me the best deal out of ALL the dealerships I've visited. If you don't believe me, just try them. If you find a quote from any dealers, just call them & they will beat it by a lot $$$. Wait, there's more, there wasn't the color I wanted in stock so Robbie actually drove all the way to Concord from Sacramento to pick up my MDX personally. Now tell me, will any other dealership do that. Unheard of. They didn't even charge me for the delivery charge or any hidden fees like how Carmax or Others will do.
