Windsheild replacement! Let me start by stating that my sales experience was awesome; thanks, Jason! However, my experience w/ the Service Dept. wasn't so grand. I made an appt. over the phone to have my windshield replaced a month in advance. A week later I had to re-schedule and decided to do it online. Using their text service, I attempted to re-schedule and was told my request would be forwarded and that I would receive an email. 3 days later and no email, so I messaged back and was told my info would be forwarded again and that I would receive an email. Another 4 days go by, and still no email. By this time my wife had brought the truck in to have an oil change and air filter replacement, so I had her confirm an appt. date. On the scheduled day I drop off my truck and check in only to find out that my windshield wasn't even there. Bill Winegar tells me that it was sold to another job, and the reason is the service dept. couldn't get in contact with me to reschedule. After showing Bill the multiple unanswered text messages, and reminding him that my wife made the appt. in person, he had nothing to say. His solution is to reorder the glass and have me reschedule! What a disappointment! 2 hours later I get a call from Bill telling me the glass was rush ordered and to bring the truck back down. Why didn't Bill just do that when I was in his office? So far this experience has been a big let down. I bring the truck back for repairs, and I receive a write up for $1,700 and was told the truck would be done the next morning. I questioned Bill about the total cost which is now $300 more than my first two original quotes. Upon scheduling the first appt. and when my wife rescheduled the appt., we both received quotes from two different service advisors for the amount of $1,400; $1,100 for the glass and $300 for labor and miscellaneous parts. Bill tells me there is a mandatory camera calibration that that needs to be performed upon installation of the new windshield. Ironic how two previous service advisors fail to mention or add this to the original quotes? The next morning I get a call from Bill telling me the car wont be completed on time due to the camera calibration, as they have misplaced the specialty tool required for such recalibration, and that I was looking at another 4 days at minimum. What gives? So, Bill tells me I can pick the truck up and come back for the calibration when they get the tool. Upon picking up the truck I noticed the calibration charge hadn't been removed. After what I feel was an unpleasant conversation w/ Bill about having the charge removed, he reluctantly removed the unwarranted charge. Trying to express my frustration with Bill about this whole experience was like talking to a deaf person. Not only did he seem as if I inconvenienced him, but he gave me a half hearted apology. What really pisses me off is the fact that my camera works fine, and didn't even need the recalibration to begin with. All this for a windshield! Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Needless to say they have lost my business, and will gladly drive to Roseville to receive the care and treatment I deserve. My step father worked for Lasher for more than 20yrs, so I have just a little idea as to how a dealership should operate. This is not the way! More

Our experience was wonderful. We trade in our SUV for a 2014 Acura MDX. The sale person was Jason Megna. He answers all our questions, and he was very helpful to us. On Monday, we were looking for a used Acura MDX, and we choose the 2014 Acura MDX. Since we had a pressing appointment, we agreed to look at it the next day, Tuesday. But Jason had the day off. Walking in I was so nervous because I'm on a budget and financially I wanted to ensure a comfortable monthly payment. And Doug and Michael did just that. They made sure everything fit my budget and I was getting taking care of. From stepping into Acura and closing the deal I couldn't have been more happier if it wasn't for them. DOUG made sure what I expected I received from the type of color, mileage, to prices he was so helpful. MICHAEL made all my finalizing with finance quick and smooth. There was so much paperwork to sign and go over. But Michael was so helpful and informative. I'm satisfied that I got warranty at the end. My brother SON used to work at Acura so he recommended Doug and Michael here. And I couldn't have been happier if it wasn't for my brother help. We’d like to begin by thanking and acknowledging Chad Kurtz and David Broussau, the phenomenal service advisors and all of the brilliant service technicians behind the scenes for always providing us with first-class service. In 2006, we purchased our first MDX and I (Anne) remember feeling nervous when working with the service department without my husband present; however, in no time, that self-derived intimidation disappeared. A majority of the time, Mr. Kurtz or Mr. Broussau always welcome us at the service driveway asking how they may help. These gentlemen are very patient with us, given our limited proficiency in vehicle maintenance. Recently, we met a new service advisor (new to us), Jose Rosales, whom is just as helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Eric Jones and his team in the Parts Department are all competent, have given us great recommendations on accessories and we have enjoyed working with them as well. Two MDXs, one RDX and 11 years later with Elk Grove Acura, we received an email from Gloria Kang and late evening March 30th, we purchased our fourth vehicle, a 2017 RDX with only 11 miles – wow! Mrs. Kang is the most knowledgeable sales advisor we have met. Her Acura models history, advanced expertise and options proposed to us were absolutely impressive! Robert Eason, Mrs. Kang and Yusuf Stewart made this purchase another excellent experience. This was a great team to work with and we sincerely appreciate the long hours they spent with us. It should be mentioned that Mr. Stewart sold us our second Acura, an RDX years ago, when he was a sales advisor and that too was an outstanding experience. His first-rate service has continued in the Finance Department; he laid-out smart options for us that we could not refuse. Upon our arrival, on Friday, March 10th, 2017, my daughter brought me to Elk Grove Acura to browse around for a certified pre owned Acura MDX or RDX. Upon our arrival, we were casually looking around the lot & was warmly greeted by Vinny. We introduced ourselves & my daughter gave Vinny the basic breakdown of my situation & what I needed from the needs of a vehicle to the financial aspect. Vinny assured us that he would be able to help us best to his ability as he was not only a salesman, but also a financial manager. For my daughter, knowing that made the visit a lot easier as there was no need for her to speak to multiple people during any part of the entire process. Working with multiple people during a sale is not something I like. Things discussed get lost in translation & that is where confusion & disappointment happens. With Vinny, he listened thoroughly to what I was looking for within a vehicle, the type of vehicle as well as what I could afford monthly. He did not try to sell me something that I did not want. He made us feel appreciated & important. This does not always happen with other dealerships. Vinny helped us find the perfect Acura RDX to work with my budget & wants as well as needs. The sales transaction as far as paper work goes, was so easy & stress free. I am now enjoying a beautiful certified preowned 2014 Acura RDX.
