Elk Grove Acura = Worst Experience Had My family and I have been car shopping for quite some time, and we have had a mix of experiences. However, the experience we had at Elk Grove Acura takes the cake fo have been car shopping for quite some time, and we have had a mix of experiences. However, the experience we had at Elk Grove Acura takes the cake for the worst experience we have had. My family and I were excited to check out the RDX and MDX models, but we were stopped at the door by a salesperson on a rainy day. After asking some questions, we were pointed to the parking lot and left to look at the cars on our own. As we were walking back, we saw other customers being welcomed in and receiving completely different treatment. I was deeply disappointed in Acura, especially since it had been recommended to us by family members and friends. However, after my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership or its salespeople. For the price point of Acura, I expected better treatment. The salesperson seemed apathetic and just wanted to hurry us along, even though it was only 11 am on a weekend. I hope that Acura reflects deeply on the treatment they give their customers because my experience was truly disappointing. More

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! We emailed the dealership to reserve a car and agreed upon a price. We live in the Modesto area and would have to make a couple hour drive to Elk Gro We emailed the dealership to reserve a car and agreed upon a price. Right after we left, we got an email indicating the car had been sold after already being told the car was reserved for us. I have no doubt that it's because someone was willing to pay more than us and that's why they sold it. I will never go back. Go to Modesto Acura instead - they aren't marking up over MSRP. I've never had a worse experience with a dealership. Thanks for "reserving" a car for us and then proceeding to sell it. More
