Ridiculous Payment Policies Took my car in for an oil change and wanted to pay over the phone or online since I needed to pick up car after hours. They demanded that they email me a credit card authorization form, print it, sign it and fax it back. All this while on the road. Also, person who answers phone is not empowered to solve any problems. Resulting in excruciating long waits on hold waiting for someone to address my question. They have a nice staff but an archane way of doing business. Get with the program folks and join the millennium. More

Oil change I went in for a simple standard oil change. I fixed an appointment online. I was very disappointed and this is the second time that a simple service is taking inspire of having an appointment I would like all my services with the dealer from where I purchased but if it is going to take 2-3 hours per service and no one informing me it would take that long I am not sure I would want to continue to use Elite Nissan for my vehicle service More

But when I showed up there was a simple solution that I could have been walked through on the phone. This time I set up an appointment to drop off my car and was told it would take 1-1.5 hours to fix. I showed up 5 hours later and still had to wait 45 minutes for the car. More

Went in with an undetermined noise and they found the problem with the exh This service center in Bergenfield was very friendly, helpful and caring. Went in with an undetermined noise and they found the problem with the exhaust . They replaced the system which they found to be under warrentee and saved us by giving us a loaner car for the day. Also had oil change and tires rotated and that we paid for. It was a pleasure doing business there , staff very friendly! More
