Excellent Customer Service!!! I was there the other day for routine work and inspections. It was discovered that my 2010 Murano needed some extra work. The Current management there went out of their way to verify the repairs needed would be covered by my warranty which was completely opposite of the previous management there. Emilio was great help with everything and showed genuine interest in taking care of the customer. So I feel if a sales person does a lousy job then he deserves a bad review... but anyway that was dealt with by his supervisor "Mike" which handled the issue well and referred me to Benny..Yes after all I'm a happy customer!! Truecar=???? We had found a make and model of a car we were interested in purchasing via truecar. When we arrived at the dealership, the price we wanted was there. We were happy and ready to buy, until they tried to convince us that we could only get this price through financing. We didn't want to finance, and had to argue down and show them that these bonuses were not given to only those who financed. They did end upholding us the car, but it was quite a hassle. More
