I'm not sure about how I'd rate this Nissan. I had called Nissan because I was told by another dealer that there were 3 recalls on my car. When I called the Service Center, they told me to come I had called Nissan because I was told by another dealer that there were 3 recalls on my car. When I called the Service Center, they told me to come in on Monday to get my passenger side airbag fixed on Monday and that they'd have to order the parts for the other 2 recalls and schedule those for later dates once the parts come in. I dropped off my car Sunday night but then rec'd a call saying that they couldn't do the work because they had to order the parts (which implied they didn't have the passenger side airbag). When I went to pick up the car Monday night, they were very friendly but they said the issue was they didn't have the drivers side airbag in stock. I was annoyed at the miscommunication and it's still not clear to me why my passenger's side airbag was not fixed. More
Paid $606.51 for problem that wuznt fixed Went for engine light. Spent 4 & 1-2 hrs Received truck BCK at 3:45. 15 mns before closing. Truck wasn’t returned Returned to us. Manager had to drive it out to us. drove home 20 mns away. Knocking noise and engine came BCK on. Had to be inconvenience. Couldn’t drive it. Had To borrow A relative car for the wknd. $606.51. Took BCK Monday am. Tech forgot to reconnect hose!!!! Seriously?!?!?!? No compensation given More

We contacted the general manager Zuhgir Bader who said he would fix the problem. Surprise, surprise, he did just what he said he would do, and called me every day to keep me informed of the process. He even called me a few days later to make sure everything was ok. I would recommend Elite Nissan to anyone looking to buy or lease a vehicle, as Mr. Bader will truly take care of you. More

Excellent Service Experience Nissan of Bergenfield went above and beyond to make absolutely certain that my service request was completely satisfied. Before my visit, i had been experiencing some knocking under the front end of my Murano. The stuts were replaced, inner and outer tierods as well as the control arms. I am extremely happy with the end result and more importantly, the knocking is gone. Finally, because of my extended warranty, I paid $106 out of pocket. More
Much better than anticipated! Came in on a snowy day to make an appointment for my first service. I am a very good college student with a GPA 3.5 and I have huge college bills I have to pay back after graduation. I have strived to succeed in everything I do but fixing my car that I spent a fortune on it will cuz me to get broke soon, I hope you guys take care of me and help me fix it because it’s not my failure it’s the car’s failure in the airbag system, thank you.
