No Customer Service I leased my Rogue from Elite Nissan 3 years ago. My lease was up and I wanted to buy the car. I called for over a month to set up a time to bring in I leased my Rogue from Elite Nissan 3 years ago. My lease was up and I wanted to buy the car. I called for over a month to set up a time to bring in the check and continually was disconnected by the receptionist. I managed to somehow leave a few voicemails for the sales department and my calls were never returned. I finally drove over to the dealership because I was tired of being ignored. I went on a Tuesday afternoon at 4 pm and was told that the manager leaves at 3, so I was out of luck. When asked when he'll be in, I was told sometime in the morning. The next morning I called several times to make sure someone was there before I wasted more time driving over for no reason. Once again I was could not speak to someone because I was either disconnected, no one picked up the phone or I was connectecd to a full mailbox. Don't waste your time with these people. The customer service is terrible and they clearly don't care about their customers. Go to Ramsey Nissan. They aren't too far away, answer their phones and are actually helpful. More
