Bad customer service and false advertising This all started when I was told that everything on the car was reviewed and up to par. I immediately heard my breaks squeaking and my car didn’t star This all started when I was told that everything on the car was reviewed and up to par. I immediately heard my breaks squeaking and my car didn’t start and trembled one day. I came all the way from Chicago to get my car looked at and they told me that they would look at it next week because they were booked and they would give me a car rental. The next week I came for my scheduled appointment and was not given the rental. While I sat and waited I was told the trembling was fine and my breaks just needed breaking in. My breaks never stopped squeaking and this was in May of 2019. When I brought it back for the breaks again they said I never brought this problem up. I went to finally get them fixed and the nuts on a tires lugs were stripped. I had to pay 100 dollars to get them torched off. The only people who touched the car have been the dealership. I was called a month ago for a oil change, scheduled for today, arrived and was told I couldn’t get one because I wrote a bad review. Each time I was talked to as if I was being manipulated because I was lead to believe certain things but were showed different. As for customer service, I never received any from this dealership. Even when I told them my problems from my breaks became life threatening. More
Positive experience I had a great experience. There was no pressure, and my salesman (Mitchell) seemed eager to please. Vehicle was as described, and there were no add I had a great experience. Vehicle was as described, and there were no add ons to the price, other than tax, tags, and "dealer processing fee" ( which all dealers have, even though it is, in my opinion, a profit tool). More
