I got to tell you buying a car is not a easy and the most pleasant task. When I started to look for a new CL55 I found advertisement for Elite Motors. The price was unbelievably low. You know what they say “If it sounds s to good to be true….” Well I live not too far from Illinois/Wisconsin border (4 hours).When I came in I was surprised how many cars they had on the lot and the establishment was very “groomed”. I did not expect much and came in with my “shield” up. After talking to Alex he made me feel very comfortable, and I quote him “You are like a guest in my house”. While, I was waiting for the salesman to pull my car up for a test drive, I wanted to get some coffee from the machine and it was not working. Sales Manager, Mark, was passing by and saw that, he walked over and offered me to buy Starbucks coffee and this even before I bought the car! He was a real nice gentleman to talk to. I own my own small business and I know it all starts from the top .I would like to complement him on a great job he did with his sales staff. The car looked great, the tires were not new but well over 50% and it had 2 little hair pin size micro chips on the hood (that they touched up and it looked great), oh well it is a 6 year old used car and I bought $3,000 les then from a local dealer. What can I tell you I wish all of my previous experience were as good as this one. Next time I am in the area I will take Alex’s offer on complementary hand car wash that they offer to their clients. As I am expecting, I had one month to sell my two-door and get a new car. I came in to look at cars and found a Murano that I loved. The sales manager, Mark, helped me figue out how much I would need to put down to stay under my monthly payment max. Karl worked diligently on the Murano and had it ready for me two days after I sold my car. When I came to pick up my car it was ready and looked great. Mark and Karl both went over all the options, features and made sure I had no questions or problems with the financing. The whole process was fast, easy and very pleasant. I feel very greatful for all the people at Elite who helped make this purchase so stress-free for me. Love my new car!!! More

Finally, a great car at at really good price was found and Elite brought the car in and made the cosmetic repairs to make the vehicle top notch. My "new" MB S500 4Matic is fantstic. I was driving a 1990 MB 300E with 253,000 miles. I found a car that sounded to good to be real, however, when I saw it I was very impressed. No rust, all systems working, low miles and a good price. I negotiated a deal at an even better price, but explained that the deal was conditioned on my taking the car to a MB dealer for inspection. The dealer inspection revealed that the car needed a new battery and new rear brakes. We closed the deal with a new battery and new brakes, and a very fair price adjustment. I am very happy with my "new" car. More
High pressure sales selling a sub-par product. Even though I was promised it was in excellent condition, after making the drive down to see the vehicle I found exactly the opposite. Salesman went so far as to insult me by saying that I had "no good reason" for not wanting this auto and that many deals had been turned down because I had shown interest in purchasing. I told him then he should have no problem selling it to someone else. Two weeks later and it is still sitting there. Go figure. I would never recommend this dealership. More
Went to buy a truck and it took over 4 hours to pick it up. Worst experience of our lives. We have put over $2,000 into it just to make it safe to drive. Car fax showed no problems. Truck had been wrecked and probably rolled and dealer put a bandaid on the problems. My son was fortunate that the entire wheel did not fall off while he was driving it. 6 months after purchase, ALL the paint peeled of due to a shabby repaint. Again, none of this on carfax. Dealership is a joke. Don't go there for any reason and don't be enticed buy vechicles that look superb on the internet. Let our horrible experience prevent you from making the same mistake we did. As soon as I bought my used car from EliteMotorsOnline.com I drove it directly to Fields BMW (just 20mins away) to have to fully looked over. Marty (the salesman) and Jennifer (F&I) were both aware that I was going to do this and said I have no reason to doubt the vehicle. The BMW dealer discovered a dysfunctional air fan causing the car to overheat when in idol. Of course I did not see this ahead of time as I never let the car idol, I simply test drove it. When the car was actually moving there is enough cool air caused by movement not to create a problem...how was I to know? I immediately returned the car to Elite Motors, Inc. and Mark, their Sales Manager agreed that the air fan was broken. Because I had already bought the car (just 2hrs earlier) he was not going to fix it for me. The part was $600!!! I had to pay for this myself! Ouch. Not to mention that is was Friday night and I had to get a hotel at my expense - double ouch! Buyer be careful when dealing with Elite Motors. The prices are good, but the cars may need some work. Be careful. More
The sale person and his manager confirm to me that the used car has 3,000 miles/one month warranty. 3 days latter I brought them list from Acura dealer about the problem found in my Acura MDX including a used car has 3,000 miles/one month warranty. 3 days latter I brought them list from Acura dealer about the problem found in my Acura MDX including a leak in the radiator hose and significant transmission problem (torque converter). Elite manager (Mark) who promised with the warranty few days ago refused to acknowledge any responsibility. He admitted that the radiator hose need to be fix but I need to pay for it! I found them very unprofessional and they don't care about building good relationship with customer. I obsoletely DO NOT recommend them ever. I payed for my mistake do dare!!!!!!!!!!! More
We traveled 180 miles to Mundelein, Illinois to pick up a car we won a bid on. The car looked good and test drove well. But after driving back into town, we started having tons of engine trouble. We took it to get fixed but figured out that the dealer was not going to cover it under that warranty they said would cover it. The engine trouble ended up being approx. 1000$ to fix with no help of the dealer even though he said the car was covered for 3 months or 1000 miles. I would definitely NOT recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a car from them. Do Not Trust them!! More
