Bought a Mercedes C-class for my younger brother as a college graduation gift. This is my second car from Elite in the past 3 years. My last purchase was an Infiniti M35x. Love both cars. My wife really wanted a specific white on beige ml350 with low miles and in a certain price range and butt warmers were a must. When putting all that in to one she was hoping for a miracle. We live in the Boston area and given the amount of dealers around we still had to look out of state to try to find exactly what she wanted. We found what fit our description in Elite Motors in Mundelin coincidentally its the same place we got our BMW x3 from 4 years ago. Its been some time since our last purchase so it was like starting all over. We called and talked to Steve Hatton in sales. Seemed Steve knew everything about the car its history and options. He went over all service records and did a complete walk around. We felt so comfortable that we decided to buy the vehicle and get it shipped directly to our door. We did everything via the Internet including financing and warranty purchase. Everything was a breeze and 10 days later a white/beige 09 ML350 with 30k miles and butt warmers arrived to our door. The transporter even placed a red bow on the hood for my wife that Elite provided. Elite and Steve thanks so much you rock!! More
I stopped by Elite after seeing a 3series coupe I was looking for for sometime. I dealt with Craig upon my arrival. When I first saw the car it appeared a bit dirty since the cars are parked outside. After a few minutes the car was pulled up to the door clean and ready. To be honest I was on the defense expecting pushy staff. To my surprise everyone was really pleasant and helpful. We did go back and forth trying to work out a deal but barely got $200 off. I was kind of disappointing but still ended buying the car because it was exactly what I was looking for. At the end of the day im pretty happy, got what I wanted pretty good rate and a decent deal on the warranty. Nick More

When I walked in I was greeted by friendly sales staff who catered to me as if I wanted to buy a Ferrari. The e350 was just as described on their site. Prior to buying I scheduled an inspection at Motorwerks and the vehicle passed with flying colors. Debra in finance department got me a lower rate then my credit union. I bought a warranty for the vehicle as well which was priced bellow what I found elsewhere. Its been over three weeks I have no issues with the car and I feel I was treated very fairly by the staff at Elite. I know that most of the time people post reviews to express disappointments, however im a happy customer and would do business with Elite again. More
Be very cautious when dealing with these people. I have a sale pending right now for 2006 audi a8 with premium and sport package. This deal has turned sour. I will not purchase this car the finance manager is a very shady character. I walked out on this deal because the finance manager increased the price during signing and refused to justify his reason. He maintained that he had to increase price face to face. I have my suspicions but suspicions are not facts so, i wont comment on that. Just be very careful and read through your paperwork if you deal with these people. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership at all costs. More
Was looking for a rare Audi Allroad with low, low miles for our 1st family vehicle. After several months of searching (and loosing out on 4 potential Allroads with miles less than 60,000) we found an 2004 for our 1st family vehicle. After several months of searching (and loosing out on 4 potential Allroads with miles less than 60,000) we found an 2004 Allroad with 34,500 miles on Autotrader at Elite Motors. (FYI Average mileage of an 2004 Allroad is 109,000 miles and the lowest I had found prior was 48,000 miles) Spoke with Diego who with no money down guaranteed me 1st look at the vehicle when it hit his lot. Diego was true to his word. He called daily to keep me posted on any progress and updates to service work which may have needed to be performed. My concern was that another salesman would sell it without his knowledge. To ease my concern; he had the Manager Mark inform all employees of Diego’s promise to me. Received a call from Diego as promised as soon as it hit the lot. Diego allowed me to come up and see it before they even had it detailed. The 2004 Allroad had everything we wanted. Sunroof, Color, etc. Couldn’t believe it. Diego had it detailed and about a week later my wife and I came by to pick it up and take to a local Audi Mechanic for a third party inspection. The car was mint. Only concern was it was missing an air compressor for the spare. Easy to miss. After agreeing on a fair price Diego knocked off the price of a compressor and we signed the paperwork. Most of us are skeptical of salesman. Diego was hand down the exception to the rule. He followed through with everything he said. Couldn’t be happier. Looking forward to many, many years with our new family vehicle. More
Craig is great but the rest of the business is bad, bad!!! Sold us a truck that had a $1,100 repair bill, still have no plates or a tile after a month!
