I bought my very first car from Elite, a 2001 Acura 3.2CL. I LOVE IT!! The service at Elite was very professional and not at all pushy, like I was preparing myself to come across. The dealership itself is very clean and takes pride in its inventory.. with Chicago Blackhawk Jonathan Toews's Benz sitting off to the side of the place, who wouldn't be proud?! Craig was really helpful and wasn't pressuring. He knows his stuff! I didn't buy insurance before coming to Elite to drive my Acura off the lot, but he graciously let me use his computer to do so! There was also another bump in the road with using a check (they don't accept personal checks) so my brother was able to come back on Monday (we went on a Saturday afternoon) to bring a cashier's check to fulfill the remainder of the cost (I paid a little less than half for the total cost with a cashier's check I was able to get). I thought it was really awesome that Elite was able to twist and turn for me so I could drive home in my car :) I'm really satisfied with my experience here. Thanks, Craig! More

I have NEVER felt this great about buying a used car .. usually you have to go through the BS with negotiating back and forth, and then the finance department, and then the trouble of signing paperwork ... WELL, NOT HERE ... i was in and out in less than 2 hours .. and thats pretty darn quick for a car dealership! Steve took care of me and made sure i ws happy, got the payment amount to where i needed it to be. He even threw in an oil change too just for buying a car (Mercedes E550 4MAT)!! Phenomenal job fellas! Debra from the finance department was awesome too, she explained everything from top to bottom, and didn't mind taking the extra time to make sure i understand what i was signing. They took the vehicle down to a Mercedes dealer with which I scheduled an inspection. The vehicle checked out and I proceeded. They financed the vehicle for me at a better rate then my credit union. I went with a warranty and had the vehicle shipped directly to me. I got the car a day late, besides that everything was smooth, I love the car and would recommend them to friends and family. More

We went in looking for a very specific car that we saw online. After test driving it Craig started to show us some of their other cars that had the same features that we were looking for that we may be in online. We ended up finding another that we really liked. Craig was a great help. He knew a lot about every type of car that we drove and he was very helpful with the negotiating on the car. In the end, we didn't end up buying the car because it had some options that we didn't want to pay for. But we will definetly keep checking out the website for new car listings and come back to Craig when we find just what we are looking for. More
