Bought a BMW X5M "as is" and had an engine issue that was discovered shortly after purchase and I assumed I would be paying for the repair but they fixed it quickly free of charge. Didn't expect that level of customer service, and it sets them apart. Also had the interior and exterior protection package installed. Of course it rained and got the car dirty the day I picked it up. Took it through a $3 car wash the next day and it looks like brand new again. David is an easy to work with guy, kept me up to date on the repair and protection package installation even on his days off. More

Being an out of state buyer they arranged airport transportation to the dealership. I also wanted a third party inspection of the car and they handled logistics getting the car to the shop I had do the inspection. Deb in business office went over everything clearly and concisely and my paperwork was completed in less than 30 minutes and I was on my way home! More
