Miscommunication solved. John has been extremely helpful OK,. SO I was unhappy as to the Warranty, but now have had several phone calls from John and he is very helpful in explaining what happened. In the long run, I understand why this took place as it did, and would definitely refer my associates to JOHN he is very honest and I don't believe he was at fault at all! The communication from John about the mix up is excellent, and he has turned a not great experience back into an amazing one. He was able to meet my payment goals and I drove out of there with a beautiful car at a great price. More

Dealership took care of, cool...They install new engine, Awesome !!! Have car back, less than 3 weeks jeep stops running again. Find out through second professional mechanic, to find out engine no installed properly. Now having trouble getting car fixed by Elite Motors. Jeep has less than 800 miles on new engine and stalls. Cant see myself paying for a 1500lb paperweight. Good luck, hope your experience is better than mine. More

Make sure you check out Elite Motors . For 2 weeks I went around checked out dealership after dealership and all I got was a lot of wasted time and frustration . I saw vehicle on the Internet at Elite Motors I had never herd of them so I called and talked to Craig Galanti . Craig was great he let the car sell itself with no pressure on me . I liked that . If I didn't like that vehicle I'm sure Craig would of found another car that fit my needs . Craig was very friendly and when it came to the bargaining I felt like Craig was on my side and got me the best possible deal . When I'm in the market for another vehicle I'll check Elite Motors first before I go to a dealership . Thanks Craig for everything . My Car is awesome . More

Terrible Experience I purchased a vehicle from Elite Motors on 12/7/15. At the time of purchase, I was trading in a vehicle as well. The dealership said that my financial I purchased a vehicle from Elite Motors on 12/7/15. At the time of purchase, I was trading in a vehicle as well. The dealership said that my financial institution was not open and they would put an amount greater than the amount of my payoff on the sales contract, and reimburse me for the difference after the vehicle was paid off. I made the dealership put this in writing and have the document in my possession. Almost two months later, I have not been reimbursed for the difference. I went back to the dealership on 12/30/15 and was told that their Accounting department was closed and they would send the check on Monday. Another week has passed and I still haven't received the check. I left a message that has yet to be returned. At first I thought this was incompetence on the part of their Finance department, but I am concerned this may be a shady business practice this dealership uses against other consumers as well. If I hadn't tracked this, I would not have (and still haven't) received my reimbursement as required. I just filed a complaint with the BBB. I don't believe that Christian is at fault and is unfortunately put in a bad position due to the incompetence around him. More
