Personality at its best I'm 62 yrs old and have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and have to say that Craig G at Elite Motors is a class act! I really enjoyed the test dri I'm 62 yrs old and have bought a lot of cars in my lifetime and have to say that Craig G at Elite Motors is a class act! I really enjoyed the test drive as we were in a 2011 BMW 550 and he really knew his stuff with the car and was actually telling me to gas it as that is why I wanted the 550 vs the 535 and it was impressive. He was very professional from start to finish so thank you again Craig and Elite. More

Poor Organization, Lots of lies, Empty Promises I was told many lies about the vehicle I was interested in. I was promised certain things that never came through. Not only was I promised a certain p I was told many lies about the vehicle I was interested in. I was promised certain things that never came through. Not only was I promised a certain price that they went back on, I also was told the car came with certain features that it did not have. When I first arrived to the dealership the salesman had a list of how to lie to customers depending on what questions they asked sitting out on his desk. The dealership claims they did a 70 point inspection of every vehicle. I had the Jeep I was looking into sent to a Jeep dealership to get a full inspection. I was told that the breaks were so bad that they needed replacing immediately. If they had really done a 70 point inspection, why did they not catch this issue. I was very disappointed with how I was treated, and how unprofessional these people are. More

Awesome Customer Service After searching for trucks, we decided to make the trip to Chicago to pick it up. We certainly could have purchased a truck in the Detroit area, howe After searching for trucks, we decided to make the trip to Chicago to pick it up. We certainly could have purchased a truck in the Detroit area, however, decided to fly to Chicago and drive the truck home. We had it narrowed down to two trucks and one was only 40 minutes away. However, Craig, from Elite Motors was awesome and customer service could not have been any better. It was worth the trip and we certainly will return in the future!
