Untrustworthy.. Unprofessional.. Unethical Don't ever trust their words especially if you are dealing with Mr. Steve (the MANAGER). He'll commit to you and later be not even apologetic for breaking his commitment. Rather his attitude would be that it was your bad to trust him. This is what happened with me. I got calls from them if and when we were coming... I had conveyed to them over phone that I'll come in evening to finalize and make payments for the car over and took appointment. When I reached there at my time, to my surprise (or rather shock) they had sold out that car to someone else. Mr Steve's clarification was that he got higher price from other party. If it was so why did he confirm the same car to me... He was so rude that he left in mid of discussion saying it does not matter what we think/feel. More

Elite to the Rescue I bought a great truck from them, but unfortunately had a small interior issue. I notice this after the purchase and through it would fall on me. Ho I bought a great truck from them, but unfortunately had a small interior issue. I notice this after the purchase and through it would fall on me. However upon speaking with Steve he immediately apologies for the flaw and took action. He connected me with Paul there and they immediately repaired it AND reimbursed me for any inconvenience I had. Both of them were GREAT, great customer services, great professionalism, and great overall services. It took them less than a day to fix my truck and stayed in communication. Paul walked me through the fix, which is great since I hardly know about cars, yet understood what he explained. Elite really showed me their best and made me feel like my concerns were the only concerns and prioritized them as that! I'll definitely will be coming back for another purchase. More
