One happy customer I was looking to buy a car and my credit was not the greatest. Recently had a bankruptcy discharge. I filled out a online application and got a call t I was looking to buy a car and my credit was not the greatest. Recently had a bankruptcy discharge. I filled out a online application and got a call that night saying that Elite could work with me. From there I met Christian Mercado. What an amazing young man. He was friendly and very personable. Had all the answers to my questions and more importantly my concerns. Took a test drive knew that the car I drove was the one. I didnt get the car that day due to a down payment problem. I didnt have enough. Christian kept in contact even after I left and eventually with his help and me being able to come up with a down payment I was able to come in and get the car. Christian was not available the day I came in and Joe G sold me the car. Even after the sale Christian has kept in contact making sure that I am pleased with the purchase. He has gone way above and beyond what I would think a sales man would do. It was a pleasure working with Elite and its sale force. If he didn't have the answer to our question, he told us that, instead of trying to struggle through it and possibly giving us incorrect info. They are tough negotiators though, so be aware. Mainly because their prices are already better than most. Our buying experience was great. We left with exactly the feeling anyone would want after buying a car. Thanks guys!! More
