They promised me 8-10 weeks. 12 weeks later I called the warranty company and they informed me that they never received the paperwork. Got that straightened out. 12 weeks later, again, I called the warranty company to find out they had sent my money to elite on june 10th. (This was mid - late July). Called elite, they blew me off for days. July 25th they called me back and promised me I'd have it two or three days later. Now its July 31st and still no check. Salesman was great, the rest are worthless. 6 months for my money that was promised to me in less than two More

Stay away. Deceptive. Bought a 2013 Ram 3500. Could've bought same truck for a lot less money. But wanted a factory warranty for vacations. Turns out the truck is from Cana Bought a 2013 Ram 3500. The Dodge dealer can't even perform recalls on it. Elite (JP) refuses to do anything or return my calls. Now I have a $50k Paperweight sitting at my place that needs thousands of dollars worth of repairs a month after purchasing it and no warranty coverage. More
