I purchased a beautiful Range Rover HSE at Elite Auto Brokers. I am very happy with my purchase and I'm satisfied with the way I was treated by this dealership. I called before visiting because I had a 90 mile trip and I was out of state so the sales rep let me know in advance how low he would be willing to go on the car (which was already priced low)so I didn't waste a trip. When I got there the car looked better than in the photos! I knew what to expect as far as the condition of the car because he explained all the details before I got there. They were very friendly and let me look at the vehicle for as long as I needed (about 45 minutes) in peace without any pressure at all. Eran was always nearby and would answer any questions when I had them. It was a very pleasurable purchase. Luxury cars tend to have issues so I have called Eran 2 times since I purchased the vehicle with additional questions and he always treats me as if I am a new customer. He always has time to answer my questions and never makes me feel like I am bothering him. I get a sense that he wants me to be happy with my purchase and I am! I saved $5000.00 because I chose Elite Auto Brokers. When I make this type of purchase, I need to feel good about the people I deal with so I will continue to get ALL my luxury vehicles from them, even though they are 2 hours away the service is worth it. Purchased a Caddy from this dealership. At my request, they had vehicle MD St Inspected. Completed all required repairs to pass inspection, at no additional cost to me. He is a total waste of time! We called him three times before driving two hrs to make sure the care he was advertising was actually there and not sold. The lady on the phone assured me that the car is ava before driving two hrs to make sure the care he was advertising was actually there and not sold. The lady on the phone assured me that the car is available. She even noted down my cell number and promised to call me if something changes. When we go there, he says that the car has been sold. He said someone took the car in 10 minutes! I asked him why did be not call me? He said he has other cars on the lot so he does not do that. Of course we did not want the other cars; we wanted that one! I bet the car was never there. How can it get sold in 10 minutes? Tell you what...this seems like a BAIT AND SWITCH to me! More
