Our Elite Auto Brokers experience was like a breathe of fresh air! Our past experience with Auto dealerships has been mostly negative. When I first saw that EAB had a S550 for $15k cheaper than my Mercedes dealership back in Michigan, I had trouble believing it. But, the deal was true and I could not be more satisfied. The vehicles I bought from them have met my expectations in every way. I am 50 years old and have purchased many cars over the years. Dealing with EAB is a pleasure. Wow I usually don't write reviews and this time I took my time to actually do it as this was my best experience in years! I LOVE my car! I am so amazed with the care, the time, the relentless search took my time to actually do it as this was my best experience in years! I LOVE my car! I am so amazed with the care, the time, the relentless search for the best vehicle that this team did. I wanted a nice large Mercedez, I had no idea about all the special features and what to ask for. But Moshe (a genius in vehicles to my opinion) just took his time to find me the perfect car with the best color and features. He did not accept any compromise he waited to find the best car and value. In many times when he called me that he saw a vehicle but he prefers to wait for a better deal or lower miles...etc, I almost felt that he is looking for a car for his wife vs just another customer! I thank them so much for not just "selling" me a car but for taking the time to find me the BEST car! I am now working with them for a car for my husband :-) totally recommended, full service from start to finish, and totally trustworthy! More

I purchased two cars from Elite Auto Brokers a mini Cooper and BMW 528 and was very impressed as both cars looked even better than the advertisement online. Eran the sales manager was very knowledgeabl Cooper and BMW 528 and was very impressed as both cars looked even better than the advertisement online. Eran the sales manager was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. I love cars and keep going back to Elite because I feel comfortable with their prices, selection and customer service. I really like the atmosphere and the no pressure sales staff. Both transactions exceeded my expectation in every way. I will definitely buy my next car from them. More

I purchased a Mercedes GLK350 from Elite, I love my vehicle however the lies I was told were unnecessary, the instrument cluster has a crack, this was actually disclosed in the ad as a 1 inch crack, it vehicle however the lies I was told were unnecessary, the instrument cluster has a crack, this was actually disclosed in the ad as a 1 inch crack, it's more like two 1 inch cracks now that I look at it. I asked if it was covered under the warranty, Moshe said it's a stress crack and that I should take it to the dealer because Elite is the dealers competition and the dealer will not repair the crack for them..LIES... the crack is not covered because it looks like it's been tampered with, and the dealer will honor the warranty from anyone who can prove they own the car. I was also told the only thing that didn't pass inspection were the brakes and the brakes were coming in the next day,10 minutes later I was told oh guess what your breaks are coming in today; my brakes squeak either because they were not replaced or they just purchased and installed brakes from a local auto parts store. Nina was awesome, she waited for me took care of my tags and explained the paperwork. Incidentally I was told I needed 13 months on my old registration to transfer my tag...LIES...The MVA said it was probably easier for them to just issue new tags. Honestly I didn't care about any of that I just wanted the car, I wanted a smooth transaction I just hate being taken advantage of. When everything was done, I got no handshake from Moshe nor Eran. Nina and the young man who detailed my car were the sweetest, nicest and most honest people I came in contact with at Elite. The price of the vehicle was actually the best within 150 miles from me. I took it to the dealer and was told I got a pretty good deal, it's only been a few days I'm praying the car is in the condition stated in the ad and the carfax report. I guess I wouldn't feel this way if I wasn't told the unnecessary LIES!! More

I have bought several cars for myself and my wife the past 20 years, and Elite Auto Brokers have by far the best service. I did my homework and searched for a Mercedes in a 75 miles radius. Their price always came the lowest. Once I arrived at their dealership, Eran gave me the keys to the two cars I wanted to see and allowed me to spend private time to check both cars. He didn't impose. Once I was ready to buy, the negotiation was very quick and Moshe and I had an agreement in less than 30 minutes. Nina did my tag and title work and I picked my car in about one week. I strongly advise anyone interested in buying a luxury car in the DC-MD-VA area to check them first. I am a very happy and satisfied costumer. Keep up the good work Elite Auto Brokers!!! More

I wanted a 2011 Mercedes e350 4 matic sedan and I liked the colour combination and extensive options on a vehicle that this dealer had. After reading good feedback on Elite and after speaking to owner Mosc the colour combination and extensive options on a vehicle that this dealer had. After reading good feedback on Elite and after speaking to owner Mosche, I felt comfortable enough to make an offer to buy the car without seeing the car, outside of pictures "on line". Eran, GM then worked with me to get new winter tires/rims on the car to drive it north to Canada. He is a person of his word & when I flew to pick up the car Dec 15th, all was done as discussed, including little things like changing the speedometer to kms and turning on the daytime running lights that is needed to drive a car in Canada. Nice to have someone like him to work with who really cares! Nina handled the paper work and was helpful in getting what was required documents emailed out so I could get them to US Customs, before the min. 72 hours required by them before I crossed the border. All went smoothly at the border! The car is exactly as described and in is in excellent condition. I am pleased with the price I paid! I would be happy to deal with dealership again on any future car. More
