Very Satisifed! After searching and driving all over to find a car that I really wanted and in decent shape, one showed up here. I surprised Ben by randomly showing up to take a look. The car for its age / mileage was in excellent condition. He was courteous enough to let me test drive right before they were closing on a Saturday. We worked out a tentative deal with the price / trade and I came back a few days later to purchase. About a week after buying the car a couple of service things came up and Ben / Moshe took care of both items and even offered a loaner car so I could run around while it was being fixed. More importantly, the salesman with whom I interacted, Ben, was very good at being available when I needed him and providing the information I needed without being overly intrusive. There was no sales "pressure" whatsoever. While buying a previously owned automobile generally ranks up there with getting dental work done - something I would rather not do - Ben and the dealership made the experience relatively painless and I would definitely recommend them. He let me look at the cars and ask questions before narrowing down a few options. His extensive knowledge helped for a smooth transition from looking to purchasing. I was still a little hesitant and he told me he'd do more research on hat specific car and would call me later. By that night I was sold. Went in he next day to pick it up. All because of Ben. Would recommend, but concerned about car maintenance I recently purchased BMW X5 Diesel but didn't like it, called and talked with Dean and he worked with me to get a BMW X5 Gas. Both cars are in great I recently purchased BMW X5 Diesel but didn't like it, called and talked with Dean and he worked with me to get a BMW X5 Gas. Both cars are in great shape and well kept. My only concern is if they really pay attention to the service. The first car after purchase I didn't even have 24 hours and the check engine light came on, they told me to take to dealer. The check engine light came on 2 more times, in one week. BMW Dealer finally found the issue and fixed it. The second car that was swapped after less than a week of having the car (Sunday) the over due service light came on, and the low oil light. I understand the cars are from auction and may sit, but since they are under manufacture warranty, as a courtesy to their customers they should have all cars checked out at BMW dealer before selling. I've driven more loaner cars than the actual car I've paid for. The owner seems to think it's not a big deal for the customer to take to dealer, but it's really a hassle as it's not always easy to get a loaner car. With all that said I would buy another car from this dealer, but I'll be more diligent about the maintenance before I take it home. More
