Ben and Moshe both responded immediately to our email late on a Saturday afternoon, and we made an appointment to look at the car on Monday. There were 4 in the showroom and one was exactly what we had been looking for. Ben was very knowledgeable about the cars and he answered all our questions. He kindly set up our phones to the car's Bluetooth connection, and explained the navigation system, even putting in our home address for us. All we had to do was say "Go Home" to find our way back to Towson. We got a great car for a very fair price. These people are at the top of their game, and it was a wonderful car buying experience.
