I purchased a Mercedes Benz from the dealer in February. I received very good customer service. After explaining what I was looking for I took a test drive and experienced a very good drive. Second Key Overall ok service, but the owner (Moshe) does not stand by his word. The car I purchased had a missing second key, he told me that he would work with the leasing company to get it, it not we would negotiate something with you. At closing the finance guy (Dean) made the same statement. At the time of this posting I still do not have a second key or an offer for partial payment. It's important to stand by your word! More

totally unexpected After looking via a broker for a specific LS460 at Manheim, and then bidding on one and not getting it, I was an educated consumer. One I liked showed up at Elite, found via TrueCar. I drove out there to look at it, fully expecting to be "hondled" by some slicky salesperson. Ben was straight up, knowledgeable, honest, nice. The car was perfect, and within about 15 minutes they struck a deal that I KNEW was actually BETTER than the deal I could have gotten from any car on Manheim (which then would have had to pass MD inspection, and which this one already had). I will be buying my wife's next car here. The entire experience was so much better than any new (or used) car dealership with which i have ever done business. More

Very Satisifed! After searching and driving all over to find a car that I really wanted and in decent shape, one showed up here. I surprised Ben by randomly showing up to take a look. The car for its age / mileage was in excellent condition. He was courteous enough to let me test drive right before they were closing on a Saturday. We worked out a tentative deal with the price / trade and I came back a few days later to purchase. About a week after buying the car a couple of service things came up and Ben / Moshe took care of both items and even offered a loaner car so I could run around while it was being fixed. Definitely wouldn't hesitate to visit again when back in the market. Thanks guys! Collin W. More
