This is my second car I've bought from them and there 91 miles from me. The reason is, there very reasonable in there prices and willingness to work with me to get the best price. When got home and found out they were missing, we call them to let them know. They said they were used in a different vehicle so they took care of it by sending use NEW all weather mats. More

I purchased a 2020 BMW 530i in February 2024from Elite Auto Brokers. Since the purchase, I have contacted Matt the salesman, several time in reference to my brakes, and that ultimately morphed into other Auto Brokers. Since the purchase, I have contacted Matt the salesman, several time in reference to my brakes, and that ultimately morphed into other complications that I am experiencing with the vehicle. As a result, I took my vehicle into a BMW dealership to have it put onto the diagnostic machine and then is when we discovered maintenance issues that should have been addressed before selling the vehicle to a customer. At least that would have been the noble thing to do to keep your business in good reputable standing. Since taking ownership of the vehicle a few months ago now I returned to your service department twice due to the brakes. My first email to him was on February 19, shortly after purchasing the vehicle, expressing concern for the squeaking noise coming from my brakes. I informed Matt (via email with picture of the paperwork from emissions) that the brake pads needed replacing and that they were very thin. ‘Matt replied on February 25 that if the brakes were done recently that it was normal to squeak for the first few weeks but that he would look into it and circle back to me. The next email that I received from Matt was on February 21 stating that ‘he was aware that I had a maintenance appointment scheduled for February 22 for my brakes and the vibration but wanted to inform me that the in-house mechanic was out sick therefore he wanted to give me a call the morning of February 22 in case the mechanic would be out sick another day. He assured me that my issues would be resolved. On March 19, I emailed Matt expressing concern and requesting clarity on exactly what work was performed on my vehicle because the brakes were still making the squeaking noises. On April 5 I emailed Matt to inform him that now I received a notification that rear brake pads should be replaced soon, which leads me to believe that the brakes were never replaced as it is highly unorthodox that I would need to replace brakes 2 months after your mechanic allegedly changed them. Thus, after having the vehicle placed on BMW’s diagnostic machine, I was informed that routine maintenance needed to be performed and the brakes were bad. On July 6, Matt gave me the contact information to the dealership manager and suggested that I speak with him directly because he done everything that he could to assist. I reached out to the manager John Kidwell, via email expecting to get to the bottom of this. I'm still left with no clarity on what exactly did their in-house mechanic did, because according to these notifications, emissions and BMW diagnostic machine, he did NOT change my brakes. More
