One time customer only. I searched for the vehicle on line. While Fred was accommodating most of the time he did "yell" at me several times. That aside, I had decided once I searched for the vehicle on line. While Fred was accommodating most of the time he did "yell" at me several times. That aside, I had decided once purchasing the vehicle that I would pay it off quickly and come back and upgrade again. This will not be happening. After leaving the dealership, I noticed a rather large chip in the windshield, I should have noticed it while looking at the vehicle but was only in the driver side and the chip is on the passenger side. That aside, I do feel that Fred should have brought it to my attention. When I called he said that he knew about it and that it had been filled in. Today, the vehicle is at my garage to be checked out to see if Fred did not disclose anything else and when they called me to say that there was 2 chips in the windshield and the second one is already "spidering" and that the repaired one wasn't repaired correctly I called Fred who gave me some attitude again and said that the vehicle passed inspection (so basically it's my problem now), he said he will ask the owner but I don't think I will hear back from Fred or anyone else at Elite Auto Brokers. I will be paying the vehicle off quickly and I will be upgrading just not at Elite Auto of Gaithersburg, MD. In going over the paperwork, I find a fee that he did not disclose to me that took the price of the vehicle up $3050.00 from the advertised $24,900.00 to $26,350.00. SMOOTH!! He did not mention a "service contract" he also said he put an "extended warranty" on the vehicle which was not explained. I did see the dealer warranty which states that for service I have to drive back to Maryland for service which was not disclosed either. So unless something is remedied no, I will not be back and will look elsewhere to upgrade my vehicle. More

Outstanding, friendly, trustworthy, and fair dealership!!! I thought I'd never buy a car online, however, after reading the reviews of this dealership, I thought I'd enquire further. After I sent my information, Fred Crum was the representative that contacted me. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with this sales associate. Fred was honest, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable, while answering any questions that I had. I had an independent auto inspector inspect the vehicle and found no issues. I made my offer, and we both agreed within moments of a fair price. I didn't spend hours in a dealership either, just a few simple emails and text messages back-n-forth, and a trip to the bank for the cashiers check. One Fedx mailer was received and returned to close the deal. They handled all the paperwork for my out of state situation, plus Fred coordinated the shipping to my home! All-in-all, this was a fantastic experience, and a simple way for me to buy a hard sought, luxury, high performance car! Many thanks to Fred and Moshe, and the rest of their staff, for making my deal a true pleasure! I highly recommend this dealership to anyone, and I can easily add one more 5 star review to all the others that have been submitted! More
