Just purchased a 2016 Lexus RX350 from Elite Auto Brokers! I typically do not enjoy the car buying experience. I don't trust auto salesman because of past bad experiences I have endured. The car was as-advertised and actually exceeded my expectations. I chose to put money down and return later that week to finalize the purchase... over the two trips to EAB, from beginning to end, the communications with the General Manager, Dean Holmburg, was fantastic. Dean responded to emails very quickly, sometimes after business hours. He and the rest of the staff were friendly, hospitable after my long drives, efficient and a pleasure to work with. The price was fantastic (I'd been looking at these for almost a year... trust me, it was a great deal) and Dean even surprised me the morning I picked it up with a loan rate he found that was a point lower than what I had already agreed to. I have already recommended them to a close friend who is considering a 7 Series BMW. More

He followed through with his word and honored his promise by asking me to bring back the car a week after signing so he could get that issue fixed. My new car is the first used one I have bought in 20 years because I was distrusting and always bought only new. Honestly the car I bought from EAB feels and looks brand new. It only had 14k so I look forward to driving it with peace of mind for many more miles. Steve was a great salesman to deal with. Very knowledgeable and no pressures selling at all. Will go back there and highly recommend. More
