I purchased a 2019 Mercedes from Fred at Elite and the transaction could not have gone any better. I was an out of state buyer and actually purchased the vehicle on my drive back home to MA from FL. transaction could not have gone any better. I spoke with Fred numerous times where he answered all of my questions, allowed me to make a deposit to hold the vehicle for a short period of time and had the vehicle ready for me to inspect when I arrived. The car was everything he said it was and so much more. I did not know what to expect from the dealership when I arrived, but needless to say I was very impressed. Great staff, lots of beautiful vehicles, a no pressure sales environment and great ownership that knows how to treat customers right. After a test drive and a little bit of paperwork, I was out the door and headed back to MA. Fred and his team handled the registration of the vehicle and even in the middle of COVID, it all worked out great.
