Overwhelming exceeded my expectations. Arrived with a negative mindset from the get go thinking another used car dealership taking advantage of another customer. No forcefulness to make any purchase not comfortable with, and genuine. If you are fortunate to have Bob as your sales associate at Elite Auto Brokers, at the end of your transaction his firm handshake is a character trait that true gentlemen deliver.
