They have a real family atmosphere there and I was comfortable throughout the process. No high pressure, no games, everything was very straightforward. I HIGHLY recommend Elite Auto Brokers to anyone looking for that one of a kind exceptional experience. I will be a customer for life! Thank you Bob, Liat, Matt, and the entire crew, job well done! I purchased a vehicle from Elite Auto Brokers in mid-November. I found the vehicle I wanted online. I live in Pennsylvania and the dealer is in Maryland. I contacted them and they said they do mid-November. I found the vehicle I wanted online. I live in Pennsylvania and the dealer is in Maryland. I contacted them and they said they do deliver vehicles. I live about 200 miles from the dealer. The Good: The price. Pretty responsive to email The Bad: Delivery was original quoted to be $200 - $250. Actual cost was $350. The guy delivering vehicle spoke almost no English and was lost. When the vehicle arrived, tire pressure on one tire was very low and vehicle was 800 miles past due for a vehicle check with BMW. I scheduled service to have a vehicle check but my local BMW dealer was 3 weeks out. A few days after driving the vehicle, I noticed a vibration at highway speeds. Thought a wheel was just out of balance. No big deal. Would have BMW check it out. 1 week after vehicle purchase, never received paper work for registration and title transfer. I needed to fill it out via email, sign and send back so it could be sent in for processing. Had to email the Office Administrator and Finance Manager, Liat Bregman, and the owner, Moshe Bregman, several times to get the paperwork. Finally after 2 weeks, I had the paperwork emailed to me. I filled it out and returned immediately. 3 weeks after purchase, when BMW had it in the shop, found out both passenger side rims where bent. It would be over $1000 to replace these 2 rims. Didn't contact the dealer because I was worried they wouldn't send in my registration paperwork if I complained. It was going to be a few weeks before they could get new rims delivered anyway, so I waited. Rims replaced 6 weeks after purchase. Sill no title and registration delivered. Was told it usually takes about 30 days. 7 weeks after purchase. Temporary plate is going to expire in 2 weeks. Contacted Liat just after new year. Was told she was on vacation in Florida and would send a new temporary plate when she returned. Contacted her again the following Tuesday. Temporary plate expires in 6 days. Was told I would have a new temp plate on Wednesday. On Thursday (plate expires in 4 days) contacted Liat again about the temp plate. Then she finally overnighted the plate to me and I received it Friday. At this point I was really frustrated, so I contacted the owner about the bent rims. His response: I wish you contacted me back then, as we had a 5 days buyback guarantee. We normally use a professional wheel repair person, that charges us about $100 to fix a bent wheel. Sorry for your trouble, had you contacted me right away I could have done something about It. I didn't know about it until 3 weeks after purchase. And I live over 3 hours from the dealer. I would not have driven there and back to have it repaired. Then a week after receiving my temporary plate, I get a text from Liat. The tag company they are working with needs a copy of the back of my license for my registration. This is over 2 months after I purchased the vehicle at this point. So she never sent my paperwork to the tag company until I needed a new temporary plate. Finally, 2 and a half months after purchase, I received my registration and new license plate. I called the tag company that sent me the registration and new license plate and confirmed that they received it on a Wednesday and processed it on a Thursday and mailed it out. I received it on a Monday. So I should have had the registration 2 months earlier if it was processed in a timely manner. The tag company also processed the title transfer so I should have it in 2 weeks and not have to deal with Liat anymore. To sum it up: Delivery was $100 more than quoted. When the car was delivered: - Very low tire pressure - Overdue for routine maintenance that is free under warranty at BMW - 2 bent rims Had to continually contact Liat for registration paperwork and new temporary tag. My registration paperwork wasn’t sent in until 2 months after I purchased the vehicle. Bottom line. This dealer is not elite. It isn't even good. I have never had an experience like this purchasing a vehicle, online or in person. If you are willing to deal with hassle and potential issues for a great price, then this is the dealer for you. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. I'm sure the owner will respond to this negative comment. It looks like he always does. But no matter what he says, he should have never let this car leave the lot with the issues mentioned above. Period. End of story. Also, it there is no excuse for an 11 week delay in the paperwork. None. I’m not the only one that had these issues. Read the other negative reviews. I wish I had before I dealt with this dealer. Avoid Elite Auto Brokers or you will regret it. More
Only when I was driving away did I notice the gas gauge was on empty. Usually you buy a car and it's got a full tank of gas. So that was a downer for me.
