Nick and Liat provided my mom and I with the best experience ever! They was super kind and patient. They weren’t pushy or aggressive. I traveled by train from Richmond to meet with Jarrett regarding a potential purchase of a Land Rover Discovery Landmark Edition. I was treated like the only person in the dealership by everyone that I e regarding a potential purchase of a Land Rover Discovery Landmark Edition. I was treated like the only person in the dealership by everyone that I encountered, even though they were very busy. Jarrett was exceptional, not only from the pre-visit conversations, but also during the purchase, and even after for a check-in. John, the Sales Manager, was so helpful and accomodating and very much appreciated. Liat in the Billing Office made what usually is a tough conversation into an enjoyable one- the most pleasant financier I've ever experienced in 12 car purchases across the country. 10/10 is my rating- I will be using them again for the next purchase, undoubtedly.
