Just starting the process of new car buying after 14 years. We stopped in Elite on Wednesday and were met by Abraham. This was a drastic change from the situation we experienced an hour earlier at another local dealership selling other premium/luxury vehicles. He patiently walked us through the numerous options and helped us narrow down to two options. We were not planning to close that day as it was our first day out shopping away from the internet. Abraham was never pushy or even tried the, "today is last day of the month" deal besides a passing mention.
