On the day of my purchase I was in the final steps of signing paperwork when I got a call on my cell to find out my father had a stroke and was being rushed to the hospital. Joe and his team went out of their way to get me out the door within minutes (literally!). At that point Joe made the situation about me and helping me get to my father... the car sale wasn't important. All the Elite employees from sales to finance are very kind and caring individuals.
