Very satisfied customer! We usually deal with Daquan Rogers , another rep but he was out. We ran into a rep named Ryan who was AWFUL. He was not of any good assistance. After working a 13 hour shift we drive miles over there to be told….”well Daquan isn’t here, I’m taking over for him and the problem with your car isn’t gonna make you break down on the side of the road. Plus we will call you when we have a loaner for you!” No compassion whatsoever! His delivery is what made us feel very uneasy. However, we came across this gentleman for our appointment on 7/15 named Patrick Flaherty was AWESOME!!! Regardless of his physical shortcomings… he made us feel appreciated and at ease.
