I decided to take a day off work to test-drive an Acura TL and made an appointment TWO days prior. I traveled over 2 hours to Elite Acura for a certified pre-owned '09 TSX. I had never dealt with them before, but they had the exact TSX (6 spd/tech) I wanted for a killer price. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager who hooked me up with Al Kaye. Al was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helped me get the financing that worked for me. It took a little longer than I would have liked to close the deal, but it was well worth it. Honestly, it was the best price I had found on a certified TSX and they were very generous on my trade. Brian Dahms (the business manager) was efficient closing the deal. He was friendly, and I did not feel pressured to get any additional coverage for the car. A week later, I realized the car needed some brake work. I called Al, and without hesitation, he said bring it in and they'll take care of it, complete with a loaner. While this dealer is two hours away, I will not hesitate to purchase my next Acura from them. Their service and sales were by far superior to my local dealer that we bought my wife's RDX at. (MotorWorld Acura) I HIGHLY recommend Elite Acura to anybody in the tri-state area. More
