I brought my 2012 Acura TL in for an oil change and asked if they could recommend a good body shop to repair a gouge from a vehicle that hit me on the front bumper. Elte Acura said they could fix it right at the dealership within a few hours. They gave me a 2012 Acura Tl as a loaner and suggested I go out for a long lunch. I came back in two hours and my body work was complete and they did an excellant job. That is great customer service. More
I just leased my 4th mdx from elite acura tonight. My experience was excellent and I could not have been more pleased. The sales manager, Mike Greco, made me feel like a valued and important customer and experience was excellent and I could not have been more pleased. The sales manager, Mike Greco, made me feel like a valued and important customer and helped to make an excellent deal for us on a new lease. My salesman, Harry made the experience a complete pleasure. He even offered me his cell phone number so I could call him if I had any concerns or questions in the future. I also enjoyed seeing again my salesman (now in the finance department) from mdx #2- Balal R. who helped me to complete all of the paperwork. He made it quick and simple. All in all a great experience. I would highly recommend Elite Acura. More
Have more than 20 emails about my purchase model, price charge etc. Decided to check the availability and was told "sold". Intend to buy similar model with the same quote, was told the quote was for "loane charge etc. Decided to check the availability and was told "sold". They are extremely loyal to their customers, and it makes leaving their with a new car that much more enjoyable. I cannot say enough positive and good things about their team. More
We recently purchased our 3rd Acura from Al within the last 3 yrs. The reason for our 3rd purchase last week, was because our son totaled his RSX. We walked in when the doors opened at 9 a.m., and went last 3 yrs. The reason for our 3rd purchase last week, was because our son totaled his RSX. We walked in when the doors opened at 9 a.m., and went straight for Al. Al could see the stress in my face due to the situation, plus we had 1 day to find a car! Al automatically led us to a trade he took in 2 days prior from the gal he sold the car to about 5 yrs ago. Al assured us that all the major work had just been done and had the receipts to prove it, which he graciously gave us to keep. The auto of choice, an 2003 Acura TL, had about 103,000 miles on it so our concern was there. Al said, "give me until early afternoon as I'll have my mechanic here put it on the lift and check it all out.". About 2 hrs later, he called us back with a full report on the amount of brake pads left, tire trends, struts, etc. We returned to Al with our check in full and made plans to pick the vehicle up 3 days later. The car was pretty rough looking (in a gals opinion), but Al assured me he'd get it cleaned up. And that he did! When we returned on Thursday to sign the paperwork, Al had the front bumper painted, the mats and rugs scrubbed, headlights glistening and the leather looking like new! In all of my years dealing with Al Kaye, never have we been let down. Al is the most honest car salesman I have ever come across. I can go on and on about little things with prior purchases he has done for us, but I trust you get the gist. You have nothing to lose by stopping at Elite Acura and finding Al to begin your new car search. The worse thing that can happen is that he does not satisfy your needs and you leave; absolutely nothing lost but a few hours. Acura is lucky to have an honest salesman on their side! More
Here are the highlights of those who helped me. First, the salesman, Ron Padgett, greeted me at the door. When I returned with my husband, the staff was very courteous. Mike showed us the service facilities and Ron got the car. The color was black which was not the color that I first wanted. However, after a great discussion & negotiation with Mike and Ron, I decided to borrow some money and they worked out a great deal. Then business staff member Balal Rauf helped us out. Phil Roon helped with the paper work. I said that I did not want to pick up the car at night so they could install the RESISTAL. Vincent Minniti, general saled manager, said that I would be given mats for the car when I picked it up the next day. I picked the car up on November 29th, 2011, and have been very happy since. Also, I just had a recall and the service department could not have been better. I, also, wrote a letter to the general manager Tom Alfinito thanking all those who had helped make my sale possible. I leased a 2012 RDX!!! This was my first car in my own name so I was very excited to have such a pleasant experience with the Elite sales team. I am very happy with the decision I made.
