I brought my car in on 8/30/23. With a ac issue. I received a email early the following morning with the diagnosis of a compressor that needed to be replaced. I called the dealershi With a ac issue. I called the dealership to confirm the warranty coverage in which my service advisor joe, said was sure it would be covered. I didn’t hear any updates until I called again on 9/1/23 in which he said he just got authorization from Acura for warranty coverage and ordered parts. I didn’t hear from anyone until I call on 9/7/23. In which he said the car is being worked on now. I went to the dealership that evening to insure I could have to car on Friday because I didn’t want to go another weekend without a car. The car was ready. The problem I had was communication. What’s the point of service advisor if they never call. And I believe if I never reach out they would have let my car sit forever. They seem to be a money hungry dealership. Take in as many car as they can and let my car sit because they were getting paid from Acura( a sure thing). I will not return to this dealership for service again. Even tho it is very close to my house. More
