I found her to be very polite, professional, knowledgeable and caring. You need to give her a $50 gift certificate like my company used to do for superior customer service. It’s probably gone up to $100 now since with my old company. Maybe she can give a training class on customer service. More

Everything went well until it was time to pick up the vehicle. I had two car serviced and spent 3k for all the work in total. They have private rooms for waiting as well as a general waiting area that is vehicle. I had two car serviced and spent 3k for all the work in total. They have private rooms for waiting as well as a general waiting area that is clean which complimentary drinks. Bathrooms are clean. Volume in service area tolerable. Attendants were kind although maybe lots of work they seemed in a hurry in the four days consecutively coming for both vehicles as they gave us one loaner car. The cars ride well, both services for spark plugs and oil change and timing belt for the other, the ordered a tire that came one day later. I was able to pay with card and Apple pay conveniently. They called me at 1:44pm on a Friday and asked me to return the car the same day which inconvenience me instead of my request to keep the vehicle until Monday morning first thing. It would have been a lot smoother that fighting through rush hour traffic as I live 30mins away from the dealership. Other than that good deal with service coupons added. It’s just a huge headache at the end and now I have to come back on Monday because as I requested due to a meeting today was not good- the key was left in the car. The customer service could have been better once the job was completed. It felt like it was great up until the job was done and they wanted their vehicle back. More
