I brought my car in for service and learned that they tried to charge me 3x the price for the work. When I questioned the Service Advisor (Thomas), he offered to take $100 off of the bill. When I told him that I spoke to another Acura Service Advisor at another dealership about the price and informed him that I knew his prices were 3x the average, he said he would reduce the cost of the work. Who pays $205/hr for labor at a car dealership??? That's highway robbery! They are not honest people and I worry about how many others have been overcharged like this. More
