Our services advisor today was Tom he was excellent he explained everything that was needed to be done and went over all the costs. We had asked if there was a loaner car and there was not. I was able to get a same day appointment which was very impressive I got an oil change and brakes. Outstanding, thoughtful, and excellent communicators are just a few of the words that come to mind in describing our experience at the service department of Elite Acura, especially in dealing with our servi just a few of the words that come to mind in describing our experience at the service department of Elite Acura, especially in dealing with our service advisor Ryan. My wife and I were traveling on I-95 on our way to NYC when an engine warning light came on, after which our Acura was driving in fits and starts. Fortunately, we were close to Elite Acura and drove right there. We were greeted quickly by Ryan (even in the rain) who listened to our problem, got our car worked on very quickly, and communicated to us at every stage what was going on. Thanks to the good work of Elite Acura we were back on the road in less than 3 hours and were incredibly grateful for the help we received. The bottom line is the service department at Elite Acura and Ryan get our highest recommendation. More
