I purchased my 2021 Acura RDX as a CPO unit. This has nothing to do with the service department. The service dept and Daquan Rogers are excellent! My issue is the CPO unit I purchased this past summer is full of acid rain and environmental damage in the paint. I find it very very difficult to believe that this vehicle went through a CPO inspection and no one pointed this out or documented this issue anywhere on your internal service records. This was not disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle and I want to know how Elite Acura plans to rectify this issue. I have been a loyal service customer at your dealership since the very first time I brought my previous RDX to your facility and met with Mr. Rogers and other service personnel and I always felt I was treated very fairly. I certainly hope that the fair treatment continues on the sales side of things as well as it does on the service side. I look forward to hearing from the dealership and I am hopeful that we can reach a fair outcome. More
