I got the call from the our representative and he asked me that y did i give them bad review and i explained that what had happened to us and all and then he also told me that since i gave them bad review he is not happy and he told me that we should be getting the check for state inspec (I also send out the receipt to them like 2 months ago and dealer called a month and half) but he not goona give me my reimburse check for state inspection. (conclusion.. they want review how they want not how they treat/do the business) This how they do........ More

I was very determined on what my next car would be. I looked at models across four different Acura dealerships in the PA & NJ area. I eventually decided to go with Elite Acura after researching a number looked at models across four different Acura dealerships in the PA & NJ area. I eventually decided to go with Elite Acura after researching a number of certified pre-owned models and finding a 2012 model within my price range when I was originally only looking for a 2010 model. In this case, Elite provided a very nice vehicle at a good price for a 2012 model. Regarding 2010 models though, this location was one of the higher priced locations when comparing similar 2010 models at 3 other Acura dealerships. The Dealership itself is by no means large, but I have been to much smaller in the area. New comers may be a little confused as to where to park and what entrance to go in. I know I was the first time I pulled in. Luckily, they will be building a new location down the street soon. Regarding the staff, they were very respectable and helpful when it came to selling the car. What I mean by this is that they are willing to help answer any questions you may have and make sure the car is ready for you that night. They were overly pushy, but they were rather confident (even a little smug) about their product. Be prepared with what you are looking for and the staff will definitely be willing/able to assist you. My salesman was Jose. He seems to be a pretty good guy. He makes sure to follow up with you if you decide not a purchase a vehicle immediately. He also knowledgeable about the cars on the lot. He gave me the impression that he was trying to look out for me regarding my questions about the pricing, so I appreciated that. Regarding Jose, I was pleased with his assistance. He answered all of my questions and made sure to have the detailing team buff an area I had an issue with. Overall, I'm happy with the choice I made with Elite. My car runs great and feels wonderful. Purchasing my vehicle was a positive experience with Elite. Following my purchase, the staff made sure to provide a very welcoming atmosphere where I felt as if I were a part of the Elite Acura family. More
From my experience, We made a deal including accessories and they made bill for car price, tax and warranty which came up same as we made a deal but they didn't include accessories in that bill and i asked and they made bill for car price, tax and warranty which came up same as we made a deal but they didn't include accessories in that bill and i asked them how about the accessories and they said ohhh u will get it done whem u come here.. i went got accesories and they asked for accessories money extra.. but i fought and they understood .. they wanted to take acessories off 1st time or wanted to wrk out some deal.. but i said i already paid for it y would i pay it for again.. never ever go there again... I Purchased my Acura MDX last year at a different dealership. When I purchased it I also purchased an extended warranty through Acura which I was told is a bumper to bumper warranty. I was having a dealership. When I purchased it I also purchased an extended warranty through Acura which I was told is a bumper to bumper warranty. I was having a problem with the Hands Free Link, it would work one day and not work for a couple of days only to work again. So I found an email address to the service department and asked if this HFL problem was covered by my extended warranty. He replied that I needed to send him a copy of the warranty which I did in PDF form only to be ignored, I do not recommend things unless I get great service, in this case I got no service at all. More
