I want to recognize Dave for being a very professional and caring salesman. He did a great job of showing the available vehicles and their features. I did not have any hassles - they were cooperative and accomodating. I had a very POSITIVE experience buying from this dealership. My wife and I were just shopping for an Acura TL, and we meet Dave Spencer, Sales consultant. He made us feel very relaxed and was very knowledgeble about the vehicles he sold, new and used. We shopped the lot for Acura TL's, just to get an idea of their cars available. We were there approx. 1 hour and he did not force us into a test drive, but mentioned when you have more time stop back when you have time to test drive one of our vehicles. At the same time we asked for a trade-in value on our car. We were both satified with the value that Elite offered us for our car. It was a fair price. After we got back from vacation we meet up with Dave again to test drive a 2010 TL, and a 2008 TL-S.....And my wife choice the 2008 TL-S one of a kind available in the tri-state area. We picked up the car, and the Dave and team made us feel very welcome to the Acura family. If you in the area check out their cars...it will be worth your trip. More

The fact that I would even take the time to go to this site shows you how impressed I was with these guys. I came in with prices from other dealerships and Tom Couch said he would do whatever it took to site shows you how impressed I was with these guys. I came in with prices from other dealerships and Tom Couch said he would do whatever it took to make me happy, and they did! There was no pressure and no sales tricks. There was no back and forth haggling. I told him what I thought was fair and Tom discussed it with Vincent Menniti and within minutes they had given me the best price for the new car and the best trade in value for the car I had traded in! Everything was so low key. They were great to deal with, and easily got me the exact car I wanted (as per color, interior, and technology package). The had to get it at an out of state dealership, but did it in two days! (I feel other dealerships would have pressured me to buy what was left on their lot.) I highly recommend that anyone interested in an Acura should go to Elite Acura and ask for Tom Couch. He was so very easy to work with, and took care of any need I had. Besides Tom, everyone there seems to have a "we are here for you" attitude. Vincent Menniti, the sales manager really showed me that he wanted me as a customer. Balal Rauf, the business manager made the paperwork a breeze, and fully explained the extended warranties and other options in a non-pressure manor. Very pleased with all three guys. BOTTOM LINE: I feel I got the best bottom line price and top of the line treatment! More

I recently purchased an used car. Every one including sales managers were not co-operative. But I liked the car. So I took it. Elite Acura is hands down the best dealer I have ever worked with! Two months earlier, I had the typical "dog and pony" show at another Acura dealer and left after 2 hours of what felt like a hostage sit worked with! Two months earlier, I had the typical "dog and pony" show at another Acura dealer and left after 2 hours of what felt like a hostage situation. Earlier in the day, I visited yet another Acura dealer. Same thing and they didn't have the color I wanted, so we left. The folks at Elite Acura were wonderful! I spoke to Doug Hillman, sales manager, by phone around 2 PM. He had my MDX in his inventory. I told him exactly what I wanted, what I was willing to pay, and what I wanted for my trade. He told me that he could work with those parameters, provided my trade was worth what I wanted. I explained I'd be arriving with 2 small children in tow, and I didn't want any funny business once I arrived. He promised that there wouldn't be and guess what? There wasn't! We were promptly greeted and taken care of by Tom Couch, sales consultant. He was awesome and even helped out with the kids! The car was already getting serviced and we went to work on the necessary paperwork, trade appraisal, etc. They had a nice Lego table for the kids in the service waiting room, which was clean and very nice. I got everything that I wanted and great finance terms, too! Everyone was very friendly, playful with the kids, as well as professional. The finance manager, Balal Rauf, was also such a nice guy. He explained everything very thoroughly, including optional extended warranties and protection packages. I found him to be sincere and honest. We ended up getting Road Hazard Tire Protection and Resistall paint and interior protection (with 2 kids we felt we really needed it, especially with the light Taupe interior that I absolutely love!). We felt he gave us a good deal on both. There was never any pressure, just open discussion about our options. We are thrilled with our MDX! I'm not great with technology and the kids made it impossible to focus, so Tom promised to give me a full tutorial when I return for the running boards and Resistall application, as well as a loaner vehicle. Elite Acura is a 5 star dealer! Don't waste your time anywhere else! I got a great deal on my MDX without any funny business and I can't thank them enough for making my new car experience enjoyable.
