Just purchased a 2022 MDX for my wife from Gary at Elite Acura. Recently I bought a 2018 Acura RDX from a different dealership. However Elite is the closest Acura dealership to me so I went there for some routine maintenance. An absolutely excellent experience with dealership. However Elite is the closest Acura dealership to me so I went there for some routine maintenance. An absolutely excellent experience with Service Consultant Joseph Halloran. He took the time to discuss the car with me, gave me a crash course in Acura servicing. He was efficient and totally professional in every respect. The work was completed while I waited for the vehicle. The prices seemed reasonable, I didn't shop around but likely they are very competitive. Thank you Joseph for treating me as though I had purchased a brand new vehicle from your dealership! They say first impressions are everything- couldn't be happier with my first impression with Elite Acura and will return for future servicing. More
Took my TL in for normal service. As usual Pat and the guys in service did an excellent job. Found a problem I was not aware of but brought it to my attention with options as to what to do with it. My 20 guys in service did an excellent job. Found a problem I was not aware of but brought it to my attention with options as to what to do with it. My 2009 TL has 335,000 miles on it and still running strong and I wouldn’t take it anywhere else More
