Peter provided above and beyond service. He was able to provide me with my first FREE maintenance that was in the contract when I bought my Integra Type S, although the guys from the garage He was able to provide me with my first FREE maintenance that was in the contract when I bought my Integra Type S, although the guys from the garage wanted to refuse the service because supposedly it was over 6 months. But it’s a new car that I don’t drive much and the contract had no time limit. Just said first maintenance is free. Give Peter a raise, truly deserves it. More
Bought my MDX from here. Sales and service staff are very nice. The facility is also nice. My main complaint is that the service check in process kinda sucks. Most other dealerships someone meets you at your car and walks you to a service advisor. At elite, you pull into the bay and then go wait on a rug between all the service desks and just wait until someone looks up or asks for who's next. This is fine when it's slow, but when it's busy it gets kinda awkward. A secondary complaint is that their prices for extended warranties are not competitive at all. A quick online search will net the names of other dealers who sell extended warranty from Acura for $3000+ less. More
